GROUP LESSONS
The core of our curriculum focuses on the rhythm of Salsa and is delivered in course format offering training to beginner, intermediate and advanced dancers. Each course includes 6 carefully planned lessons lasting for 1 hour and 20 minutes each (8 hours of total instruction). Our progressive teaching system focuses on core movements and techniques that build and combine in succession.

SALSA TRAINING PROGRAMS
The Beginner Salsa Program is made up of four courses which provide students with a solid technical foundation on which to build on while learning the basic steps and core partnering components for Salsa. Students are guided through the initial development of their rhythm & timing as well as their leading & following skills. The courses are progressive and each one serves as prerequisite learning for the next level in the series. The only course that requires no prior experience is the Beginner Level 1 introductory course.

The Intermediate Salsa Program is made up of four courses which build on the solid technical foundation that students have developed through the Beginner Program. The fundamental techniques learned in the Beginner Level courses will be used and combined with additional core partnering components from various styles of Salsa while continuing to build the students' rhythm & timing and their leading and following skills.
